This is an operational, office-based role, working directly with two premium brands, with a strong focus on Shopify administration, content execution, and email marketing.

Execution-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Very comfortable working daily in Shopify (mandatory)
Understands e-commerce logic: products, collections, structure, conversion
Able to manage and clearly differentiate two premium brands
Strong written communication skills, with attention to tone and consistency
Commercially aware: understands how content supports sales
Reliable, disciplined, and accountable for delivery
Comfortable working on-site, in a structured office environment

We Require
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content roles
Hands-on experience with Shopify – mandatory
Experience using Klaviyo or Mailchimp for newsletters and email campaigns
Experience managing products, collections, and website content
Strong copywriting skills in English and Romanian
Basic graphic skills (Canva / Adobe – operational level) for:
simple visuals
newsletter layouts
social media assets
Experience working with premium, lifestyle, retail, or design-related brands is a strong advantage
What You Will Actually Do
Manage and update the Shopify online store for The Decorators, working directly in the platform on a daily basis
Upload, organize, and maintain products, collections, pages, and active campaigns
Write and continuously refine product descriptions, using a premium, clear, and conversion-oriented tone
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints (website, email, social)
Create, format, and send email newsletters using Klaviyo or Mailchimp
Prepare, schedule, and publish social media content, adapted to each brand’s tone and positioning
Create basic visual assets for digital communication (using Canva or similar tools; no advanced design required)
Coordinate day-to-day with external agencies and suppliers (content, PR, technical support)
Support brand launches, showroom events, and commercial campaigns through digital execution and communication
Track and report basic performance metrics related to website content, email campaigns, and social media activity, providing clear, structured updates to management

This is not a strategic or brand-defining marketing role
This position does not involve paid advertising, performance marketing, or media buying
It is not a creative director or senior design role
This is an office-based position, not a remote or work-from-home role
It is not suited to candidates who prefer unstructured work, flexibility over consistency, or minimal operational responsibility
