Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus

We are looking for a graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of projects. The job consists of visualizing and creating graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, videos, and photos. You’ll shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, company presentations, social media, and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Estimate an accurate delivery time and help define the budget
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphics
Work with the project and account managers to produce the final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Flexible schedule and remote work
Net salary: 4500 – 6000 lei (based on experience)

Office in Bucharest, near the metro (we’re ok if you prefer WFH or hybrid 🙌)

We have long experience with graphic design, building websites, managing social media, inbound marketing campaigns, SEO, analytics, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.
