We are looking for a mid account manager with 2-3 years of experience in an agency or working on several projects that involved account management, project management, digital marketing services.
Attitude is a lot more important than experience.
The number 1 skill you need is time/task management.
You should love following plans and sticking to deadlines.
Good English skills (both writing and speaking)
The ability to consistently meet tight or loose deadlines (and the skills to negotiate these)
Some idea of digital marketing tactics, design, and development
Ability to work both independently and as a team member on various projects
Some knowledge of tools like Google Suite, Hubspot, WordPress, Adobe Suite
Previous experience with digital marketing projects

He/she would help our clients grow their business online and will get the full support of our team.
Understanding the client’s needs and translating them to a coherent brief
Working with different departments (content, development, design) to create the assets as per the brief
Quality check and discuss any extra feedback with the client
Identify areas to grow, for both the project and the client.
You will be part of a team with 2 other account managers and an Operations Director.
Your goal is we negotiate and stick to deadlines, while also being efficient and not putting in more hours of work.
Understand the client needs
Guide the client through different options and connect with the team
Be the “one point of contact” for the clients in your portfolio
Communicate with the team to set realistic deadlines
Constantly communicate with the clients and help them achieve their objectives
Manage implementation projects involving design, development, or digital marketing
Help clients in a proactive way and find problems to solve
Learn new things fast
Flexible schedule and remote work
All needed tools or subscriptions and budget for courses
Office in the city center, Bucharest, near the metro (optional)
Net salary: 4000 – 5000 lei
