Job Purpose:
Design and develop technical solutions for renewable energy systems, focusing on photovoltaic (PV) installations and battery energy storage systems (BESS), contributing to the energy transition through high-quality, efficient, and regulation-compliant engineering.

Requirements:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field;
- At least 2 years of experience in designing renewable energy systems (PV and/or BESS);
- Strong knowledge of PV system architecture, battery storage technologies, electrical protection, and grid interconnection principles;
- Familiarity with Romanian legislation and permitting processes for renewable projects (e.g., ANRE, GD 907/2016);
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Office; knowledge of EPLAN or other electrical CAD tools is an advantage;
- Good command of English (spoken and written);
- Category B driving license is a plus;

Responsibilities:
- Designing renewable energy systems, including PV arrays, inverters, BESS units, medium and low-voltage connections, and grid integration schemes;
- Preparing technical documentation for permitting, execution, and procurement stages (technical reports, layout plans, electrical diagrams, bill of quantities, calculations);
- Performing system simulations and energy yield assessments (e.g., with PVsyst or similar tools);
- Preparing sizing calculations for PV strings, inverters, battery units, cables, protections, and grounding;
- Drafting technical specifications and contributing to tender and procurement documentation;
- Supporting construction, commissioning, and handover stages with technical clarifications and as-built documentation.
