• Previous experience in retail, preferably in a team coordination or management role.

• Strong focus on sales results, KPIs and customer satisfaction.

• Good organizational, planning and communication skills.

• Ability to motivate, engage and develop team members.

• A hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment.

• Knowledge of store operations, merchandising and stock management.

• Experience in fashion retail and in stores of at least 500 m² is an advantage.

• Good command of English.

Deputy Store Manager

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, profitability and store KPIs.

• Coordinate daily store operations and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Support recruitment, training, development and performance management.

• Oversee workforce planning, inventory processes and loss prevention.

• Monitor business results, identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans.

• Ensure effective collaboration with internal departments and support store management in the Store Manager’s absence.

Team Leader

• Coordinate daily team activities and ensure the effective execution of store routines.

• Support the achievement of sales targets through team engagement and task allocation.

• Motivate, coach and support team members in their daily activities.

• Ensure high standards of customer service, merchandising, replenishment and store presentation.

• Support stock management, inventory accuracy and loss prevention procedures.

• Communicate operational priorities and team feedback to store management.
