Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maximising profitability/sales by exploiting every opportunity to drive sales;
- Reduce stock loss and maintain cost controls;
- Deliver motivation and development to team members and ensure sales area complies with Company regulations and procedures and reflects brand identity;
- Ensure clear communication with Store Manager and brand. Remain aware of local competition activity;
- Maximise sales and exceed budgets;
- Drive highest possible standards of Visual Merchandising;
- Ensure floor achieves defined stock loss targets;
- Coach/mentor/develop and generally drive training for the team;
- Ensure all Company Policies and Procedures are followed and complete all administration tasks;
- Support and work towards achieving 100% Internal Audit compliance;
- Ensure clear communication at all levels.
