  • Leadership & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial health, safety, environment (HSE) and physical security coordination, navigating corporate structures to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Investigation Toolkit: Proven experience leading root-cause investigations within an MFT framework.
  • Methodologies & Lean: Advanced familiarity with process design and Lean tools (SQCDP, Kaizen, Gemba).
  • Technical Mastery: Solid technical understanding of physical access control software and security hardware networks.
  • Certifications: Valid health and safety inspector certificate (Curs inspector SSM 80H) is required; ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 knowledge is a major advantage.
  • Languages: Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Your Impact
As an analytical and proactive leader, you will drive our zero-accident safety culture while safeguarding our facility, intellectual property, and personnel against physical threats:
  • Pioneer safety routines: Lead the shop floor safety Gemba walk process to drive routine autonomy.
  • Enforce incident management: Run multi-functional teams (MFT) and meticulous safety 5-why analyses to resolve systemic failures after accidents.
  • Transform compliance standards: Secure 100% compliance with local legal requirements, environmental regulations, and corporate standards (REACH, corporate sustainability reporting directive (CSRD)).
  • Master risk mitigation: Update job safety analyses and risk matrices, prioritizing forklifts, trolleys, and machinery safeguards.
  • Coordinate physical infrastructure: Oversee the proactive monitoring of closed-circuit television (CCTV), badge access control, fencing, and alarm systems.
  • Optimize vendor partnerships: Direct and audit external security vendor partners and guard forces against strict service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Champion emergency response: Design, test, and maintain crisis management plans for fire safety, active threats, and evacuations.
  • Empower asset protection: Perform vulnerability assessments to protect raw materials and restricted zones from theft or unauthorized access.
