By being part of this team, you will work from Monday, to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way, in Bucharest.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Creating contracts in the database;
- Creating employee profiles and managing their insurance policies: this includes all administrative updates, selecting beneficiaries in case of death, and addressing any questions they may have regarding their policies;
- Managing contribution payments and allocating them per contract and per employee;
- Handling final payments to employees upon retirement;
- Team responsible for sorting incoming requests;
- Perform analysis and resolve increasingly complex issues within the scope of the role;
- Handle processing of insurance policies for a French client as part of the delivery team;
- Interact on a daily basis with peers within Accenture to ensure alignment and efficient execution;
- Engage occasionally with clients and/or Accenture management, depending on the task;
- Operate with minimal guidance on routine tasks and moderate guidance for new assignments;
- Oversee a small team and deliver timely results;
- Be available to work in rotational shifts, depending on business requirements.
