Data/ Reporting Analyst

• very good English communication skills, verbal and written; German is a plus
• advance knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, formula)
• minimum 2 years experience in a similar position: data/ reporting analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, mathematics, statistics, economics/business administration or other related field
• background in utilizing Business Intelligence tools to interpret and analyze complex datasets; Power BI is a plus
• understanding of KPI
• analytical and problem-solving skills, technical proficiency with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

• collect the necessary data from different internal data sources
• transform the data into interactive, accurate, intelligibly and comprehensive dashboards and reports for the stakeholders
• define the relevant KPIs to provide insights into business performance and operational efficiency
• prepare ad hoc and/or daily, weekly and monthly reports
• identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in data analysis and reporting
