Ideal Candidate
THE ROLE
We are looking for a senior data engineer / data architect to lead the redesign of our data warehouse. The focus is on critically assessing our existing high-volume data infrastructure, understanding the business logic embedded in it, and re-modelling it to better serve collections, recovery, and portfolio reporting. The right person combines deep technical command of Oracle and modern data architectures with the ability to understand why the data is structured the way it is — and to improve it without breaking the business processes that depend on it.
