Candidatul Ideal
- A degree in mathematics, data science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in data analytics, with strong skills in SQL Server, our main database system. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is a plus, as this will be your main tool.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with ERP systems and production data is a plus. We commonly work with multi-level bills of materials and production job data, combining data from many different tables in our data models.
- Bonus: Understanding of AI or machine learning concepts and their application in business analytics.

- Data Collection & Transformation: Extract, clean, and prepare data from various sources (primarily ERP systems such as Epicor, 2X) using SQL Server. Work with production, supply chain, finance, and sales data to build reliable datasets.
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create clear, impactful visualizations and reports—primarily using Microsoft Power BI – to make complex data accessible to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored dashboards and reports that drive business performance.
- Training & Enablement: Support local teams in understanding and utilizing BI tools and reports effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain and optimize existing reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy, relevance, and performance.
