The Position of Partner Support specialist offers the opportunity to develop their business knowledge, communication skills, teamwork, diagnosis, and problem solving. - Min. 1 year of experience working in a Help Desk/Call Centre
- Experience in the area of process development and quality
- Interest in IT and technology
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, for example Dynamics, JIRA
- Willingness to visit stores
- Goal-oriented and Excellent time management skills
- Openness, communicativeness and the ability to build business relationships
- English proficiency at a minimum level of B2

- Close cooperation with 1st line of IT support
- Handling requests from store employees and their customers
- Analysing and resolving simple tickets from different categories
- Forwarding other requests to other specialist business units
- Providing service to the highest standards
- Initiating process development
- Participation in creating instructions for the knowledge base
- Maintaining good relations with the head office and field staff in Romania and the Support Centre in Poland
