Job Description

The role involves responding promptly to customer inquiries in German through various communication channels, including online chat, email, phone calls, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and X. While multiple channels are used, they are managed in a structured way so you will not be required to handle all of them simultaneously. The position requires providing guidance and consultations regarding product functionality, technical matters, and service-related questions. In some cases, customers may reach out simply to communicate concerns or seek reassurance rather than ask a specific question. A key aspect of the role is maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving individual performance targets and contributing to the overall customer service objectives of the department. The work schedule follows fixed core hours from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 19:00. Occasionally, employees may be scheduled to work on a Saturday as part of a rotating weekend schedule, with a compensatory day off granted before the end of the month.


Experience & Required Skills

• Linguistic Excellence: High proficiency in German (B2–C1) and clear professional communication skills
• Stress Resilience: The ability to work effectively and make calm decisions in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
• Customer Orientation: A strong focus on identifying and meeting the specific needs and requests of every client
• Quick Decision-Making: Ability to quickly analyze situations and provide effective, personalized solutions
• Non-Confrontational Behavior: Ability to interact effectively with aggressive users and resolve conflict situations without escalation
• Professional Communication: Maintaining a respectful, friendly, and empathetic tone in all interactions
• Proficient Computer Skills: Comfort with learning new digital tools and navigating office software.
