Tonlanor Holding SRL is currently looking for Romanian speaking Customer Service representative to extend the team.

Description of the position:
If you:-are communicative and know how to win customer’s trust;
-have high written and verbal communication skills;
-have level of Romania - native;
-have level of English - A2 or higher;
-are confident PC user;
-can work under pressure without losing the focus;
-have desire to personal growth then You are the one we need!

Your main responsibilities will be:
-communication with company’s customers (chats, emails, calls);
-troubleshooting of customers’ issues and assisting usage of our products;
-escalating customer queries to the relevant internal departments;
-work effectively within a team.

We're providing complex on-boarding training but previous Customer Service experience will be a plus.
