Customer Support with English

You speak English fluently (C1).
You are positive, patient, and solution-oriented.
You communicate clearly and handle customers with empathy and professionalism.
You work well in a team and want to grow your experience in customer service.
You’re comfortable using a computer and learning new tools.

Be the first contact for customers and provide accurate information and assistance. Identify customer needs and offer effective, personalized solutions. Manage inquiries professionally and ensure a high-quality experience for each client. Follow company procedures and communication standards.
