Customer Support with English

The ideal candidate has the following profile:

• Has excellent English skills, especially written;
• Is comfortable communicating in writing and can express ideas clearly and concisely;
• Has good computer literacy;
• Is technically inclined;
• Is a problem-solver, efficient at troubleshooting and resolving user issues;
• Is attentive to details;
• Can work independently but is also committed to the team and common goals;
• Is curious and has a proactive attitude;
• Is good-natured, honest and a team player.

Some work experience or education in the field of translation/localization is a plus, but not mandatory.

The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing and tech team, helping generate good customer experience and engagement for an online project catering to the translation and localization industry.

Among the tasks:

• Responds to users' inquiries on email and chat;
• Verifies information provided by users;
• Processes data and records it in the company database, making sure that all interactions with users and prospects are tracked;
• Tests new features along with the rest of the team;
• Escalates unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
