Your Main Responsibilities
What We Offer
Attractive salary package + monthly performance bonuses
Fixed working schedule: Monday to Friday (10:00–19:00 or 11:00–20:00)
For English and German speakers – rotating weekend schedule with compensatory day off
Full training and continuous support from your team and manager

Office location: Sema Parc, Brussels Building – near Petrache Poenaru metro station, Bucharest
- Be the first contact for customers and provide accurate information and assistance.
- Identify customer needs and offer effective, personalized solutions.
- Manage inquiries professionally and ensure a high-quality experience for each client.
- Follow company procedures and communication standards.
