We are looking for a Customer Support Tech Advisor to join our project, one of the top players in the telecommunications industry.

As a Customer Support Tech Advisor in our team, you will:
  • Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations (ex. different issues regarding mobile devices, laptops etc.)
  • Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email, chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Learn how to use software solutions specific for telecommunications industry that improve people’s lives
  • Effectively manage all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
  • Grow with the team and share achievements together
