Candidatul Ideal

Requirements:
  • Experience in order processing and AWB management is an advantage;
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to optimize processes;
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Romanian: Good proficiency;
  • English: Good proficiency is an advantage;
  • Bulgarian: Good level is mandatory;
  • Good knowledge of PC operations, including the Microsoft Office package, and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving objectives and exceeding performance targets;
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Descrierea jobului

Responsibilities:
  • To process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfillment;
  • To manage AWB documentation for shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements;
  • To provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt responses to client concerns;
  • To collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate the execution of client orders and any challenges that may arise;
  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using CRM software or other relevant tools.
