- At least 6 months of experience in customer support or a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset;
- Patience, attentiveness, and strong problem-solving abilities;
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment;
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems;
- Knowledge of the online gaming industry is a plus, or willingness to learn.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide fast and professional customer support through chat, email, and phone;
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with issues related to account registration, bonuses, games, and technical questions;
- Handle questions related to withdrawals and account verification;
- Resolve customer complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience;
- Work closely with other departments to quickly resolve more complex issues;
- Inform customers about current promotions, bonuses, and casino offers;
- Maintain accurate records of customer requests and help identify recurring issues.
