- Handle inbound calls and emails from corporate travel clients;
- Provide navigation support for online booking tools (OBT);
- Assist with e-invoicing requests and password resets;
- Guide clients through the booking process and replicate bookings when needed;
- Troubleshoot website issues and escalate complex cases to Level 2 support;
- Follow client travel policies and internal procedures;
- Ensure high-quality service and maintain excellent client relationships;
- Track, report, and help resolve system or site issues;
- Meet response time and quality targets;
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives;
🎯 Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Must-have:
Advanced French & English (written, spoken, comprehension)
➕ Nice to have:
Knowledge of the travel domain
💻 Technical Skills:
Good PC and Microsoft Office skills
Strong internet and website navigation knowledge
