• University Degree in a technical or business-related field (technical or business)
• Experience working in an international or multinational company
• Familiarity with customer support or order management in an ERP system
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Advanced level of English
• Any additional foreign language is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of Office tools: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience using business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)

• Enter sales orders in Oracle and follow up using Excel files and BO reports for all customers
• Maintain an up-to-date Excel file for global key accounts to track prices, MOQ, and cross-references, with monthly checks and stock evidence
• Enter purchase orders to replenish stock

• Forecast for S&OP using information from LS Logistic Portals
• Expedition to Customer Stock: Communicate with third-party warehouses and organize transport
• Expedition to Customer Factories: Communicate with customers
• Receiving Goods: Coordinate with third-party warehouses, and remain in constant communication with factories and customers

• Claim Management: Handle claims (SAV entry) and maintain a link with LSAS for all customers
• Local Transport for Claims: Organize local transport for claims for all customers
• Export Transport for Claims: Arrange export transport for claims for all customers

• Invoicing ERS: Handle self-billing (ERS) specific to IR, ensuring synchronization between customer systems and Oracle, and link with tax reporting
• Payment Management: Handle accounts receivable past due related to order management for all customers
