Customer Support Representative with Romanian

• Answering customer's enquiries via email and live chat timely and in the highest of standards;
• Answering customers via inbound calls;
• Escalates customer queries to the relevant internal departments and external suppliers in order to get the query solved;

• Communicates proactively with the customer, providing relevant information to potential delays, relevant status updates on open cases;
• Ensures accurate reporting as per the internal process and monitors closure in line with customer expectation;
• Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at work;
• Work closely with the Payment and Fraud team and assist them in player checks and other form of tasks
