Customer Support - Diplomatic Services - Bulgarian speakers

We are hiring new colleagues for our Diplomatic Services division which services over 50 government clients in over 100 countries.

If you are a customer-oriented person, language talented, who speaks fluent Bulgarian and English or Bulgarian and Romanian, you might be our missing component.

You should have:

- Excellent communication skills
- Language talent, fluent Bulgarian (verbal and written skills)
- Knowledge of other languages such as Romanian or English
- You can solve problems logically and critically
- You are energized by interacting with and helping people
- A positive person and know how to look on the bright side

Your main responsibilities:

- Interacting and handling customer requests over different channels such as over calls, e-mails, and chats
Ensure that all interactions follow the quality standards.
- Liaising with other departments from the company to ensure that the tasks received are solved according to our company's standards
