For our company based in Iasi, we are looking for you as a:
Customer Support and Operations Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and reliable personality with a quick grasp and customer support background. As a member of our Operations team, you will be jointly responsible for operating and supporting our data and Application services. A basic IT background experience is very useful also.

Main responsibilities:
Required technical skills and experience:
- Completed university studies (preferably in the field of Finance or Business Informatics) or comparable training with professional experience
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience in application management, customer support and/or IT operations
- Professional experience in the financial or banking sector is an advantage
- Structured work methodology, analytical thinking and high-quality awareness
- High level of commitment, reliability, and resilience
- Distinct customer and team orientation paired with communicative and social skills
- Experience in Excel is recommended
