Job Description
🔍 About the Role
Position: Customer Support Advisor
Languages:German (B2–C1) + English (B2 or above)
Work model: Hybrid (2 days in-office / 3 days remote – Bucharest) - during the first month the activity will be on-site.
Support region: Germany, Austria, Others
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 – 19:30
Training period: 2 weeks + a few weeks of onboarding
Project type: Providing pre-sale and post-sale order support from delivery enquiries to returns and refunds
🛠 What You’ll Do
Provide support via phone and email to our German-speaking customers
Assist with order localisations, refunds, returns, warranties, product information
Support customers on topics like warranties, promotions and discounts, configuration, and general product usage
Use CRM tools (specifically Amazon Smart Agent) to document, track, and resolve all service inquiries.
Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation
Stay up to date with the latest products and procedures through training and self-learning
