- Excellent communication skills in English – spoken and written

- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
- Availability to work night shifts is required

- Understand the customer's needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
