Customer Success Advisor with Italian

Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills,
Italian is a plus
Availability for night shifts
Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and the ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities,
Competent in MS Office suite, Zoom (or similar) services, efficient in email and internet applications,
Superior attention to detail and results oriented,
Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
Proven oral and written skills required.

Undertaking initial diagnostics of the customer requests, using the tools available and resolving as many as possible on initial contact
Accurately recording and classifying all incoming customer requests with the appropriate priority, category
Proactive flagging topics where no knowledge solution was found
Meeting or exceeding the level of Service when responding to all incoming customer requests
Accurate and timely hand off to other resolving teams.
Identify process improvements and escalate internally,
Practice integrity, reliability and confidentiality in all business transactions,
Project a positive company image at all times,
Work with co-workers as a team to ensure success, and
Other duties as assigned.
