What you'll be doing?

➡️ Leading the team every day, mixing your cool leadership style with some serious tech know-how, and sprinkling a little charm on team vibes;
➡️ Handling everything from high-level customer issues to the usual inquiries of what makes the day run smoothly;
➡️ Being the team's North Star, pointing everyone towards getting better and doing awesome stuff together;
➡️ Running training sessions that are actually fun, and creating some killer materials that help everyone level up;
➡️ Making sure every question from customers gets a gold-star answer and that all your strategies are smooth sailing;
➡️ Building friendships with clients, making sure they feel heard and looked after;
➡️ Keeping the gears oiled with tech and admin stuff, making sure schedules and tasks are on point;
➡️ Periodically reporting on how the team's doing, what clients are feeling, and how the operations are going;
➡️ Update and maintain help centers and databases to ensure accessibility and relevance of information.

About You

✨ You come with previous experience in a people management/leadership position;
✨ You come with great English - we're looking at at least a C1 level, both written and spoken;
✨ You come with a blend of leadership flair and tec- savvy, with a history of guiding teams to greatness;
✨ You come with a knack for spinning plates, managing customer service with ease and elevating operational performance;
✨ You come with a track record of nurturing team growth, backed by superb communication skills;
✨ You come with a wizard at creating training magic and keeping knowledge wells full;
✨ You come with a pro at painting the big picture through reports and keeping the info treasure chest polished and organized.
