As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be working closely with customers and internal clients, as part of the Export Sales Team, to deliver best results through excellent client-oriented communication.

We are looking for a very good communicator, highly motivated and ambitious person who will be in charge with:

Works in close cooperation with all internal departments to obtain additional information related to open projects, whenever necessary
Communicates with internal departments regarding orders, production capacity, transport and other issues related to the orders processing
Informs the customer on any modification that appears in the order status
Ensures the customer receives all the relevant documentation related to orders (invoices or other documents if requested)
Be the support and the interface with the production site for the sales managers on the field
