- Coordinate and oversee daily transport and warehousing operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and WMS/TMS tools to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate performance reports.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, carriers, and customers to ensure alignment across logistics processes.
- Data entry in various platforms
