Are you a detail-oriented, proactive communicator with a passion for logistics and operations? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the vital link between our cross-docking operations and our valued partners.



✅ Our new Team member should have:

• Previous experience in customer service within a logistics, supply chain, or warehouse environment
• Strong understanding of cross-docking or distribution activities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in relation with customers and vendors
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with WMS/TMS platforms and MS Office tools
• Fluent English language speaker

💼 Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding cross-docking activities
• Coordinate inbounds and outbounds shipments with warehouse and transport teams
• Effectively monitor POD confirmations and reporting flow
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in our TMS
• Constantly collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure a smooth workflow
• Ensure support for order status and distribution activities

Our operations take place in 20 warehouses across Central and Eastern Europe, five of which holding BREEAM certification. No Limit transports goods daily to 28 European countries using an extensive network of road connections, where our fleet includes aerodynamic trailers and tractors powered by alternative fuels, such as LNG. We focussing on process automation and sustainable solutions, with a fleet of electric vehicles and adherence to ecological standards through our Eco-Friendly Logistics program.
