Customer Service Representative

GOPET Group offers a wide range of services including road, air and sea freight forwarding, intermodal, warehousing and distribution.

We are growing our team and seeking colleagues who will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our clients. As a primary point of contact, you'll handle customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure seamless shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our transport services for accurate customer guidance.
• Communicate effectively via various channels, ensuring customer needs are met.
• Apply critical thinking to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally for a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred, especially in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to changing situations and urgent requests.
• Collaborative mindset across departments.
