Candidatul Ideal
•You have experience in a similar role, in automotive environment
•You have excellent English language skills, both verbally and written

•Commercial or supply-chain experience is desirable, preferably gained in a multinational business to business environment
•SAP and/or Salesforce knowledge is a plus

Are you passionate about customer satisfaction and would you like to become part of a fast-moving, international and diverse environment? We are an international manufacturer, and we are looking for you to join our Customer Service team. Your focus of control lies in after-sales and involves international stakeholder management in- and outside of the company.
This role is based in Timișoara.
Join us in this exciting journey and become part of the team working in our newly opened office, located in Timisoara.
•You will build trustful relationships with your customers
•You will help your customers by informing them of current events to manage their (delivery) expectations and offer solutions, ahead of time if possible
•You will analyze the backlogs and forecasts to proactively assist the customers in achieving their goals (working with EDI and Schedule Agreements)
•You will coordinate special shipping arrangements with the manufacturing divisions, freight companies and warehouses
•Together with your team you will be in contact with a wide variety of people such as customers, sales and global planning from production plants and warehouses all over the world to help fulfill customer orders
•You will own the process; this means gathering feedback and analyzing cases to optimize the process and customer behaviour
•Market competitive compensation package, based on education and related working experience

•Full time position, with 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
