Previous experience in customer support is an advantage, but not mandatory - we provide you with full training;

Your main responsibilities:
Ensuring first contact with customers, providing clear, correct and complete support and information
Identifying and understanding customer needs in order to provide them with efficient and personalized solutions;
Quickly and professionally managing reported requests and problems;
Compliance with internal procedures and quality standards in communication.
