The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the quality field within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in quality tools and standards, including ISO 13485; familiarity with FDA regulations is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Excellent relationship management skills with both internal and external customers
- On-site work schedule required

- Develop and maintain integrated management system processes in line with current standards.
- Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Ensure customer needs are met through quality objectives, training, and corrective actions.
- Analyze business situations and production capabilities for management consideration.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish policies and goals.
- Oversee the product assurance program, including budgeting and responsibilities.
- Interface with customers on technical quality issues and improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer and regulatory audits.
- Recommend solutions for technical challenges and enhance departmental procedures.
- Engage with vendors regarding supply quality and capacity.
- Work with engineers on quality assurance for new products.
