Your main responsibility will be to answer enquires coming from end users via phone, email, chats or forums.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- PC Literate.
- Ability to work under pressure in order to achieve targets.
- Ability to multi-task whilst speaking with the customer.Previous experience in customer service or IT is considered a plus.

- Responds to customer inquiries in an efficient and professional manner within a given timeframe;
- Logs all calls accurately and in line with procedures;
- Develops and maintains a complete technical and procedural knowledge of client’s products and services;
- Deals with all correspondence as requested/required;
- Complies with schedule;
- Reaches the individual and team targets;
- Complies with company policies, regulations, processes and work instructions;
- Performs all assigned task by his/her supervisors within the requested timeframe and account boundaries;
- Identifies potential sales leads and transfers to sales team where applicable and according to guidelines/processes;
