Customer Order Administrator

As our Customer Order Administrator you will be entering and handling customer orders via the business/ERP systems accurately and in a timely manner, all while maintaining a strong relationship with the Sales Offices.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Ensure completion of orders in the system.
* Conduct data management activities.
* Keep the customers and sales offices informed of the status of all orders and provide timely answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders.
* Manage the common mailbox and ensure all emails are actions in a timely manner.
* Expedite factories and make sure items are delivered on-time.
* Check trade compliance issues for each order.

Who You Are:

You enjoy keeping in contact with the client regarding their order status and additional information, ensuring the client’s needs are being met in a timely manner. You consistently apply a business driver and marketplace focus when prioritizing actions. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators. You serve as a partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* University degree.
* Previous relevant experience in a customer service role.
* English proficiency (read/written/spoken).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Previous experience working in a matrix organization.
* Other European languages.
