- Support voice/email/messaging Customer contacts
- Provide customers with a positive call experience by exhibiting positive call conversation behaviors and etiquette, a sense of urgency, knowledge in the product and service, genuine concern for the customer, with timely and efficient resolution of issues
- Promote, proactively maintain & enhance positive relationships for Client/Customers through excellent performance of accountabilities.
- Processes transactions for different clients and business processes in various systems communicated by direct management with the help of different tools.
- Demonstrates understanding of the customer’s business needs and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings;
- Develops and maintains knowledge of order entry, incident management and knowledge management tools, client information systems, and service desk procedures ;

Activam pe piata de consultanta in Resurse Umane din anul 1998. Cu o acoperire nationala pe patru arii de expertiza: recrutare si selectie, leasing de personal, assessment center si consultanta.
Am devenit lideri in Transilvania si ne-am impus pe piata din Romania dezvoltand o noua locatie la Bucuresti.
