Customer Care Associate with French (Fixed term 1 year)

• Providing exceptional customer service within the France Customer Care Department.
• Providing professional training sessions to the customers and prepare training materials in order to educate customers to use Iron Mountain platforms.
• Be an advocate of enhancing and promoting Self-Serve platforms and contribute actively to maintaining customers informed on any situations related to Iron Mountain Connect.
• Subject Matter Expert, with excellent knowledge of the business, products, systems and structures.
• A role model within the team who assists with mentoring and training of our customers, whilst aspiring to deliver a world class service in accordance with service level agreements and performance metrics.

• Good written and oral communication skills in French (C1-C2) and English.
• Good presentation skills.
• Flexible and customer first team player.
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office/G Suite.
• Thorough investigative skills.
• Sound analytical skills.
• Confident in multi-tasking.
• Sound experience in a contact centre, customer services environment or administrative background is preferrable.

• Focus on delivering high quality training to our customers related to our Self-Serve online platforms.
• Assist the customers in any queries/questions related to the utilisation of Iron Mountain Connect. Promote a ‘customer first’ approach to all activities carried out.
• Ensure a professional, courteous and pro-active flow of communication between the business and the clients it serves. This will include regular interaction with the customer at all business areas.
• Promote the Iron Mountain brand and value proposition.
• Carry out other duties deemed necessary by Iron Mountain management within the wider function.
• Mentoring and Coaching - sharing your experiences and best practices on to the CCR's, training of new colleagues.
• Product Training - using your knowledge to train your colleagues on products, processes and procedures.
• Maintain a wider business/commercial awareness.
