We're currently looking to grow our team of customer technical support, so we need for someone who is comfortable interacting with customers, offers excellent customer service and enjoys working in a small, multi-lingual, office-based team.
We are looking for a full time customer agent who is available to work Monday to Friday, in shifts, between the timeframe 8:30 AM-8:PM
Your job will be to communicate with these companies/customers when contacted, explore the issue, and follow the standard procedures to escalate it to the correct place while documenting all the relevant info for L2 technicians
We need someone that not only feels comfortable interacting with different devices physically but also has a technical mindset when dealing with software. All training will be provided, and although previous experience is desired, is not essential.
We offer a competitive salary in line with the market expectations including Eden Red meal tickets on a pro rata basis and accumulated holidays.
Here's what you need to have in order to join us:
High School/ Bachelors Degree
Fluency in Italian
Experience working with customers is preferred, but it's not mandatory
Ability to prove successful achievement of qualitative and quantiative targets
Natural customer service orientation
Outstanding communication skills
Proactive attitude

What will you be doing?
- Deal directly with customers by answering to the tickets, chat or phone;
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints and resolve them accordingly;
- Processes orders, forms, applications and requests;
- Meet the Quality and Productivity standards;
- Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken;
- Communicate with other departments, as needed;
- This position reports to the Team Leader/Supervisor.
