Competences & Skills:
• 2+ years’ experience in CRM role, B2C campaigns
• 2+ years experience in email marketing
• Good HTML and mass email platform knowledge
• Considered a plus experience in CRM within iGaming industry
• English fluent
• Confident with MS Excel, comfortable with data manipulation
• Understanding of CRM tools
• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation
• Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalized marketing practices
• Willing to learn new things and to adapt through a dynamic business model

Job responsibilities:
• Responsible for implementation of customer loyalty, retention and reactivation campaigns for the online gambling platform (casino and betting).
• Execute all planned marketing campaigns for CRM, this involves: set-up Bonuses in platform, create email, SMS, on-site, push notifications, prepare the segmentation, create campaigns in platform and setting up the scheduling for the campaigns.
• Create Bonuses in platform from the scratch.
• Create audience segmentation logic using a variety of data sources and elements to create and deliver personalized messages.
• Build communication flow to ensure optimal timing and frequency of messaging.
• Ensure all communication campaigns are properly segmented & tested prior to send.
• Create and maintain a detailed list of all automated campaigns, across all relevant channels.
• Update and manage the CRM communications campaigns calendar.
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting implemented marketing campaigns.
• Preparing creatives for campaigns / promotions, by working closely with designer and copywriter.
• Working close with digital marketing manager, CRM Coordinator, Customer Manager, Call Center Manager, Tester and Head of Casino.
