We're looking for a CRM Specialist for one of our clients, an online gambling company.

Competences & Skills

 

•             1+ years’ experience in CRM or in data operation, data base segmentation and analytics

•             Considered a plus experience in CRM within igaming industry

•             English fluent

•             Extremely organized with a passion to drive optimization

•             Confident with MS Office software, MS Excel, comfortable with data manipulation

•             Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing customer data

•             Ability to work independently

•             Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation

•             Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalized marketing practices

•             Willing to learn new things and to adapt through a dynamic business model

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Track CRM campaigns results (track all send activity, bonus results, etc.) and reporting performance to the necessary stakeholders.
  • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting implemented campaigns.
  • Responsible for segmenting process on CRM campaigns for our igaming platform (casino and betting).
  • Create audience segmentation logic using a variety of data sources and elements for each bonus offer and working in team with all colleagues from CRM.
  • Build segments to ensure optimal timing and frequency of message communication and offers.
  • Identify necessary segments depending on each objective and each kpi target: retention, reactivation, deposits increase etc; build these segments and brief necessary stakeholders - CRM and marketing team.
  • Support key decision for creating effectiveness segmentation of the data base and come up with optimization of them.
  • Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies for personalized communications and experiences.
  • Identify segments which may help increase targeted kpis by monitoring the activity and preferences of players platform, which profile customers are most likely to respond to a particular marketing campaign. 
  • Learn more about customers' preferences and work together with Promotions Officer to create campaigns / offers you can customize or tailor to those preferences.
  • Monitor the results of campaigns from segment (data base) results point of view, optimize the segments, and identify efficient segments, change the ones which are not efficiently. Identify from campaigns results micro segments which may boost the results.
  • Monitor, analyze and report the implemented campaigns, modify segmentation as needed.
  • Track customer satisfaction, customer churn, and customer loyalty metrics.
  • Work directly with Promotions Officer in analyzing processes.
  • Identify new platform opportunities to create a complete and functional segmentation tool.
