CRM Consultant (m/f/d) Digital Development

•Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; more than 5 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
•Proficiency in CRM administration, including user setup, data importing, system customizations, SQL and security configuration
•Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues
•A proactive approach to communication and teamwork, and a strong customer-service orientation
•Excellent written and spoken English skills

•Leading, managing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 based on the organization’s needs
•Analyzing and enhancing business processes for efficiency while responding to internal stakeholders and providing guidance to the corresponding departments to achieve their objectives
•Handling system changes, upgrades, and implementations while collaborating with IT support teams to address system issues promptly and effectively
•Identifying system improvement areas and generating smart solutions and workarounds following the standards
•Providing training and support on the use of the CRM and assisting business with BI report creation based on CRM data

Minimum Salary
Annual gross salary from
€ 51,686.43, based on professional qualification and experience.
