Candidatul Ideal

We are seeking Creative Strategist to join the Social Media department with focus on bridging the gap between creativity and analytics, driving innovative marketing campaigns for the brands by blending cutting-edge content strategies with performance-driven insights.

As a Creative strategist, you will:
  • Conduct market research to understand the niches, target audiences, and trends, ensuring ads are tailored to resonate with specific customer groups and feel highly relevant to them;
  • Conduct competitor analysis by evaluating similar brands and their advertising strategies/creatives, reviewing engagement metrics such as likes, followers, and comments to identify strengths and weaknesses, and using these insights to improve the ads;
  • Analyse the existing ads to identify those that drove highest attention, engagement, and conversions, uncovering best practices through the evaluation of historical data and key performance metrics to ensure continuous optimisation;
  • Develop comprehensive creative briefs that serve as a roadmap for the creative process, aligning the vision with the objectives based on ad asset analysis, market research, competitor insights, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and alignment across all campaigns;
  • Write ads, sales scripts, video commercials and banners for the extensive line of products (mostly books);
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the team regarding ad creatives, managing communications, delivering briefs, ensuring alignment, conducting quality assurance, and coordinating approvals with the team to keep the projects on track and aligned with the objectives;
  • Take part in media buying meetings and brainstorm new cutting edge ideas for marketing the products and improving conversion rates across the board;

Descrierea jobului

Requirements:
  • You must have an excellent command of the English language;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field;
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in creative strategy, marketing, advertising, or related field, particularly in a digital or eCommerce environment;
  • Proven experience in copywriting, preferably within a social media or digital marketing environment (writing scripts for Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Ads, marketing emails, etc.);
  • Strong portfolio or examples of successful campaigns and creative strategies;
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to analyse data;
  • Solid understanding of media buying and the ability to interpret KPIs to improve ad creatives;
