Corporate Customer Relations Executive - FX

• Experienta intre 6 luni si 2 ani in operatiuni bancare, trezorerie sau call center financiar;
• Studii superioare in domeniu economic/financiar (acceptam si studenti in an terminal);
• Abilitati excelente de organizare, comunicare si atentie la cifre;
• Orientare catre client si rezolvarea problemelor operationale;
• Fluenta in limba Romana si Engleza (nivel avansat).

• Gestionarea unui portofoliu de clienti corporate (segment transactional);
• Suport operational pentru tranzactii FX, onboarding si utilizarea platformei;
• Mentinerea unei interactiuni proactive cu clientii pentru asigurarea calitatii serviciilor;
• Monitorizarea indicatorilor de activitate si raportarea catre managementul departamentului.
