Candidatul ideal:
- Experienta intre 6 luni si 2 ani in operatiuni bancare, trezorerie sau call center financiar;
- Studii superioare in domeniu economic/financiar (acceptam si studenti in an terminal);
- Abilitati excelente de organizare, comunicare si atentie la cifre;
- Orientare catre client si rezolvarea problemelor operationale;
- Fluenta in limba Romana si Engleza (nivel avansat).
Descrierea jobului
- Gestionarea unui portofoliu de clienti corporate (segment transactional);
- Suport operational pentru tranzactii FX, onboarding si utilizarea platformei;
- Mentinerea unei interactiuni proactive cu clientii pentru asigurarea calitatii serviciilor;
- Monitorizarea indicatorilor de activitate si raportarea catre managementul departamentului.
