We are looking for a COO / Operational Director / Integrator (EOS) to work directly with the founder and help scale the business operations through structure, team alignment, and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations department directly.
• Coordinate the flow between the teams: Sales, Products and Operations.
• Track goals, KPIs, and project execution.
• Improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the founder on growth and scaling initiatives
• Bring ideas, structure, and accountability into the organization

Requirements:

• Strong experience in management and good understanding of company finances (P&L, cost optimization).
• eCommerce experience required
• Amazon and Shopify experience is a major plus
• Strong communication and execution skills.
• Ownership mindset.
• Experience in businesses with $10M -> $30M annual turnover
• Honest, fair, team player

The company sells primarily in the US and Canada market and is planning to expand into Europe soon. Primary income is through Amazon, and it is currently growing its Shopify store. It has reached over 100.000 customers since it started in 2022.
