We are looking for a hands-on Payments Operations Manager to operate and optimize financial flows across our international operations.
This is an operational role focused on payments, crypto flows, and day-to-day financial execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that money moves efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial operations;
- Strong understanding of payment systems and PSPs;
- Basic crypto knowledge:
- Wallets, networks, transactions
- Exchanges and basic treasury handling
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented;
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-volume transaction environments;
- Experience working with crypto payment providers or exchanges;
- Basic understanding of compliance / KYC processes.
Job Description
- Manage day-to-day payment processing (incoming and outgoing), including e-wallets, bank transfers, and alternative payment methods;
- Lead onboarding of new Payment Service Providers (PSPs), eWallets, exchanges, including KYC and documentation;
- Oversee crypto-related operations:
- Manage wallets, balances, and transfers;
- Support crypto ↔ fiat conversions;
- Monitor liquidity across systems.
- Coordinate internal fund flows between international entities;
- Execute and track outgoing payments (suppliers, partners, freelancers, tools);
- Support treasury operations, including liquidity monitoring and fund allocation across systems;
- Prepare financial data for local accounting and reporting:
- Invoices, reconciliations, transaction summaries;
- Work closely with external accounting firms.
