About the Role:
We are looking for a Controlling & Reporting Director who will coordinate the Management Control function at a multi-site level and support executive leadership in driving strategic decision-making through financial analysis, performance monitoring, and operational reporting.
The role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in aligning financial performance with business strategy while ensuring high-quality reporting standards and operational efficiency across teams.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
Coordinate the Management Control department across multiple sites.
Monitor quantitative and qualitative performance targets for subordinate teams.
Track monthly KPIs and ensure delivery of high-quality services.
Ensure activities are completed within agreed deadlines.
Oversee knowledge transfer initiatives aligned with business strategy.
Collaborate closely with managers and team leaders to anticipate workload variations and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and strategic objectives.
Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, or deviations and propose solutions.
Lead organizational and process improvement initiatives.
Support implementation of long-term operational vision across teams.

Financial Responsibilities:
Monitor departmental budgets and ensure alignment with financial targets.
Support financial planning, performance monitoring, and cost control initiatives.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure service quality standards across all coordinated teams.
Mediate operational or client-related challenges.
Strengthen long-term business partnerships.

Reporting & Analysis:
Analyze departmental performance and validate strategic reports.
Prepare and deliver management reports covering KPIs, planning, operational challenges, and performance outcomes.
Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

People Management:
Coach and support managers and team leaders to maximize performance and competencies.
Participate in recruitment and organizational structuring decisions.
Communicate company vision and strategic objectives across teams.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans.
Promote collaboration, continuous learning, and a high-performance culture.
Support talent development and retention initiatives.
Ensure proper implementation of HR tools, performance systems, and organizational updates.
