What You’ll Do
Monitor fleet alerts and service workflows in the GMC platform.
Communicate with fleets and service partners to confirm actions.
Approve or reject service jobs based on data accuracy.
Coordinate vehicle availability for scheduled services.
Follow up on delayed or incomplete jobs.
Arrange breakdown and roadside assistance with internal/external teams.
Provide basic technical support and remote diagnostics for telematics units.
